What is flux?
Your body tells a story of your daily habits. A sedentary lifestyle leads to stagnation, a feeling of sluggishness. Cue aching back and stiff joints. On the other hand, an overly active lifestyle can be draining, leaving your body feeling depleted and sore. This goes for habituation of the mind as well. If you allow your thoughts to run wild attaching to any and every emotion that pops up, you will find it impossible to be present. Disconnected.
Through embodied movement, we can tune in to the signals our body is sending, and respond with care.

Meet English
Founder
I am a registered 200hr yoga teacher and an ACE certified personal trainer. I created FLUX as a wellness platform where I offer private yoga and physical training. I believe holistic health means not only exercising your body, but your mind as well. You can find me bouncing all over the Charleston area teaching in-home private yoga and personal training to my clients, or at Coastal Climbing Gym downtown teaching group yoga and HITT classes. I also offer private group sessions for weddings, bachelorette parties, team buildings, etc. I believe building long-lasting relationships with my clients has been the key to my success.
